3 Easy Steps: 1. Precook 1 to 1-1/2 lb boneless chicken, pork or sausage - or any combination of the three. 2. Combine cooked meat and contents of package with 2-1/4 cups of water. 3 Heat mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes. Stir once while cooking. Microwave: Precook 1 to 1-1/2 lb of meat. Place meat in a covered casserole dish with Jambalaya Mix and add 2-1/4 cups of water. Microwave on high for 20-25 minutes. Stir once during cooking. Makes 4-6 servings.
