General: Shake well. Pour marinade into a separate container to prevent contamination. Inject deeply into meat at several points for even distribution. Use 1-2 oz per injection. Fry, bake, or smoke. For Turkey: Inject 2 oz of marinade deep into each of the following locations: 1 each in legs, 1 each in thighs, 4 in breast. (See illustration.) Cajun Fried Turkey: Deep fry whole turkey at 300 degrees F for 4 min per pound. Remove from oil, drain and let stand 20-25 min before serving. Refrigerate after opening.
