The bran layers give it a tan color, chewy texture and nut-like flavor. Retaining the bran layers make brown rice a 100% whole grain food and a natural source of fiber for a healthy diet. So, eat healthy and enjoy! Certified Organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). This bag is made with recyclable Kraft Paper and water based inks. Grown in the USA.
