Cooking: 1. For traditional Sushi rice, we recommend rinsing rice until water runs clear. 2. Soak 1 cup rinsed rice in 1-1/2 cup water for 30 minutes before cooking. 3. In a medium saucepan, bring soaked rice and water to boil. 4. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to Low simmer, and cook 20 minutes. 5. Remove from heat (with lid on!) and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. We recommend refrigeration for extended shelf life.
