Before cooking, please read inside label for helpful tips. Ingredients Needed: 1 medium chopped onion, 2 cups chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup macaroni, and 2 cups including any of the following: chopped zucchini, potatoes, eggplant, or green beans. Serve topped with parmesan cheese. Stove Top: (1) Pick through and wash beans. (2) Add 6 cups water, boil 1 minute, turn off heat, let stand 1 hour. (3) Boil gently 1 hour or until beans are soft. Stir occasionally and add water as desired. (4) Add ingredients (except macaroni) and seasoning (to taste). Cook 20 minutes. (5) Add macaroni. Cook 20 minutes or until done. Crock Pot: (1) Pick through and wash beans. (2) Soak overnight in cool water. (3) Drain. Put beans in crock pot with 3 cups water, ingredients (except macaroni) and seasoning (to taste). (4) Cook until done per crock pot instructions. Add macaroni about 1 hour before serving.
