Pepper Cream Sauce for Sliced Meat. You will need 1 pkg. of Maggi Fix & Frisch Pepper Cream Sauce mix, 11 oz. of meat sliced into strips (pork, chicken, turkey or beef), 1 small onion, sliced into rings, 3 oz of heavy cream, 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil (sunflower, grape seed etc.) and 1-1/4 cup of cold water. 1. Slice onion rings. 2. Heat oil in large, deep fry pan or skillet. Add sliced meat and brown. Add sliced onion rings and brown lightly. 3. Slowly add water, heavy cream and Maggi Fix & Frisch mix. Stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with Spaetzle or any kind of egg noodle or rice and a mixed, green salad. Serves 2.
