Belgian Waffles: In a bowl, add tap water or seltzer water to mix. Blend together with a whisk and let stand while waffle iron is heating. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and heat according to manufacturer's directions. Cook until steaming slows or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot. Traditional Waffles: No Belgium Waffle iron? Simply use your regular waffle iron! Add one beaten egg, 1/3 to 1/2 cup water, and 2 tbsp. melted butter to 1 cup of mix. Whip well and let stand while waffle iron is heating. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and heat according to waffle iron directions. Cook until steaming slows or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot. Fat Free Belgian Pancakes. Mix 1 cup mix with 2/3 cup seltzer water (or tap water) until smooth. Heat griddle, use a fat free nonstick spray. Cook one minute or until full of bubbles, then flip over. Cook another 1 minute.
