Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Chicken Marsala: 2 boneless skinless chicken breast (butterflied and cut into 4 pieces); 1/2 cup all purpose flour, for dredging; 3 tbsp olive oil; 1 - 16 oz jar of Marsala Simmer Sauce; 1 tsp chopped fresh Italian parsley; 1/4 tsp salt & pepper. Pound each chicken breast into 1/4 inch thickness; season with salt & pepper. Place flour in a shallow plate. Dip chicken into flour; shake off excess. Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat; add chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Pour sauce over chicken and bring to a simmer. Cover; cook 10 additional minutes. Garnish with parsley.
