Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Chicken Piccata: 2 boneless skinless chicken breast (butterflied and cut into 4 pieces); 1/2 cup all purpose flour, for dredging; 2 large eggs, beaten; 3 tsp olive oil; 1 - 16 oz jar of Piccata Simmer sauce; 1/2 cup water or white wine; 1 tsp chopped fresh Italian parsley; 1 tsp salt & pepper. Pound each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness; season with salt & pepper. Using two shallow plates; add flour in one and the beaten egg in the second. Dip chicken pieces into flour and shake off excess; set aside. Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Dip the floured chicken into the egg and place directly into the pan; cook 2 minutes and each side. Remove chicken to a serving plate. Pour sauce and water into the saute pan; whisk together. Return chicken to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cover; cook 10 additional minutes. Garnish with parsley.
