Simply add: 2 tbsp (1/4 stick) butter; 1-1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into 1 inch cubes; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 3 tbsp cream. Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed rice. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine butter chicken paste and your chicken. Mix well. Step 2: In a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and the dried chili & spice (Spicy or creamy - it's up to you! If you like it mild, don't add the dried chili. For extra creamy butter chicken, stir in more cream, 1 tbsp at a time). Cook onions while stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes or until softened. Step 3: Add chicken mixture and cook for about 2 minutes until chicken starts to change color. Now stir through the crushed tomatoes. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove lid and simmer for another 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the cream. Enjoy!
