Easy Directions for Iced Tea: For 1 Gallon: Place 1 tea bag in clean container. Pour 1 quart boiling water over tea bag and allow to steep 6 to 10 minutes. Remove tea bag; add the concentrate to 3 quarts cool tap water. For 2 Gallons: Use 2 tea bags and 1 quart boiling water. Add the concentrate to 7 quarts cool tap water. Automatic or Pour-Over Coffee Brewer: For 1 Gallon: Place 1 tea bag in the bottom of clean brew basket. Brew as for coffee, except run or pour 2 standard coffee bowls of water through tea bag. Pour brew into tea urn and cool. For 2 Gallons: use 2 tea bags. Run or pour 2 standard coffee bowls of water through tea bag. Pour brew into tea urn. Add 2 coffee bowls tap water. For larger amounts, either method, repeat directions. Serve over ice, with lemon or lime wedge, orange slice or mint sprig. Safe Handle Instructions: Product must be brewed at a minimum temperature of 180 degrees F (82.3 degrees C) prior to serving. Refrigerate after preparation.
