All You Need: 3/4 cup ice cold water; 1 egg; vegetable oil. 1. Combine water, egg and Funnel Cake Mix. Stir until smooth. This is enough batter to make 9 (5-inch) funnel cakes. 2. Heat 3/4 inch oil in-skillet to 375 degrees F. Pour batter through a tunnel into oil in circular and zig zag motion. Avoid filling entire skillet, since batter expands as it cooks. 3. Fry 30 seconds or until edges are golden brown. Turn funnel cake over and fry 20 seconds longer. Use tongs to remove funnel cake from skillet. Repeat with remaining batter. Tips: To Serve: Place funnel cakes on cooling rack or paper towels. Sprinkle tops with confectioners sugar. Also great topped with McCormick Cinnamon or fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
