Bring to simmer for 15-22 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Remove cover. Stir. Re-cover and leave for 5 minutes. Microwave: 1. Place rice and seasoning, 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of olive oil into a 2-qt microwave bowl (For safety use microwave bowl, lid, or plastic wrap). 2. Cover tightly using microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap (For safety use microwave bowl, lid, or plastic wrap). Microwave on high for 5 minutes. 3.
