Step by step prep - it's easy! Boil penne and vegetables for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Mix sauce in a small bowl with 2/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons oil. Toss penne and vegetables with sauce; let stand for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoning packet as desired - it's a lot of flavor! Voila! Dinner is served! Make it your own.
