Makes 1-1/2 Cups: 6-7 golf ball sized fresh tomatillos or 1 can (11 oz) of whole tomatillos; 1 packet Mrs. Wages Salsa Verde Mix. Wash fresh tomatillos. Cut out cores, remove from husks and slice into quarters. Place into a food processor and pulse for 5-10 seconds to create a light, chopped puree. Do not over puree. If food processor is not available, dice tomatillos. If using canned tomatillos, drain, remove stems and dice. Combine tomatillos and Salsa Verde Mix in a large mixing bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes covered in refrigerator before serving.
