Cooking Methods: Stove Top: Combine 1 measure (1 serving = 1/4 cup) of uncooked rice with 2 measures of cold water in medium saucepan. Bring water and rice to a boil. cover with lid or foil, reduce and simmer for 12-15 min. Drain and serve. Yields approx. 2 servings of cooked rice.
