Baking: What You Need: 2 eggs; 1/2 cup oil; 2 tbsp water. 1 Prep: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease or spray cookie sheets. 2 Mix: Combine 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 2 tablespoons water. Add Cookie Mix and blend well by hand or with an electric mixer. 3 Bake: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until tops start to turn a light, golden brown. Makes about 2 dozen 3 inch cookies.
