Refrigerate after opening. Nance's Buffalo Style Chicken Wings: 2-1/2 lb chicken wings; 2/3 cup (1/2 jar) Nance's Chicken Wing Sauce. 1. Split chicken wings at joint; discard tips. Fry or bake wings. To Fry: In 12-inch skillet on Medium-Low heat preheat 2 cups of vegetable oil. Deep fry wings until crisp and golden brown; drain well. To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until meat juices run clear; drain well. 2. Heat the wing sauce in the microwave or on the stove top until hot. In medium bowl, combine heated wing sauce and cooked wings; toss to coat well. Do not cover. Serve immediately.
