Baked Top Crusting: 1. Gently mix in a small amount of olive oil or melted butter to the seasoned Panko to moisten. 2. Spoon above mixture on top of chicken of fish creating a top coating approximately 1/4 inch thick. 3. Oven bake at 350 degrees until done. Deep Fry: 1. Dust protein or vegetable in dry tempura batter mix. 2. Dip in prepared tempura batter mix. 3. Roll in seasoned Panko until well coated. 4. Deep fry 350 degrees until done. Instead of tempura batter mix you can dust in flour, dip in egg wash, then roll in seasoned Panko. Mix in directions (meat loaf of hamburgers): 1. Mix seasoned Panko with your favorite ground meat. 2. Mix ratio about 1-2 oz of seasoned Panko per pound. 3. Bake as normal until done.
