Our Falafel is easy to prepare! Just Follow these Simple Steps: 1. In a medium sized bowl add contents of falafel mix to 3/4 cup of water. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes (Avoid letting falafel mix stand too long, this can cause patties to break apart). 2. Form falafel mix into 10 small patties. 3. In deep large skillet heat 1/3 cup of vegetable/canola oil over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. 4. Cook falafel patties in the skillet for about 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat, let excess oil drain from patties and serve. Enjoy! Keep in a cool and dry place.
