How to Cook: Ready in about 15 min. 1. In a medium saucepan combine the entire contents of the package with 1-3/4 cups cold water. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Stirring occasionally, cook, uncovered, until water is absorbed and the farro is tender, usually 12-15 minutes. 2. Fluff with a fork and let sit for a few minutes.
