Cooking: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt with 8 oz's of pasta. Bring the water back to a boil and cook for 12-14 minutes or until the pasta has reached the desired texture. Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water. Drain well.
