How To Prepare Neat: 1-4 T water + 2 eggs or vegan eggs + mix well + 7-9 minutes. In a bowl, mix neat and eggs (or vegan eggs). Stir in water; use less water if forming patties or links. In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 T cooking oil (optional). Add the neat. For crumbles, break up the neat as it browns for 7-9 minutes. For patties or links, cook 3-1/2 minutes on each side, until browned.
