Shake well. Do not microwave in container. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 7-10 days. Vietnamese Style Vegetarian Pho (serves 2). You Will Need: 1 cup rice noodles, cooked as directed; (optional) 4-6 oz baked or fried tofu, thinly sliced; 2 cups Pacific Organic Vegetarian Pho Base; condiments: bean sprouts, lime, fresh basil, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, hot chili sauce, hoisin sauce. Make it! In a small sauce pan, bring Vegetarian Pho Base to a boil with lid on. (Optional) Add in tofu and allow to heat through. Add in cooked rice noodles and heat through. Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
