Refrigerate after opening. What to Get: 1 lb (450 g) of chicken, lamb, beef, seafood or vegetables; 2 cups (390 g) of basmati rice. Optional: 3 oz (100 ml) cream. Suggested Cooking: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of diced meat, seafood, or vegetables and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3.
