What to Get: 1/4 lb (100 g) chicken, beef or your choice of seafood; 1/4 cup (100 g) of mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, snow peas, red peppers); 1 cup (250 g) Jasmine rice. Suggested Cooking: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of meat or seafood and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Add the evenly sliced vegetables, and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4.
