What to Get: 1 lb (450 g) sliced chicken (also great with seafood or vegetables); 1/2 onion (finely sliced); 1/2 red pepper & 1/2 green pepper (finely sliced); 1 scallion stalk, sliced; 2 cups (390 g) jasmine rice. Suggested Stir-Fry Cooking: 1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of meat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer until meat is fully cooked. 5. Serve with rice. Refrigerate after opening.
