Ready to use in recipes or heat in microwave. Microwave: 1. Remove pouch from sleeve and squeeze to separate grains. 2. Tear open pouch approximately 2 inches to vent. 3. Heat on high for 90 seconds. (time may vary depending on microwave). 4. Pour the grains onto a plate and fluff with a fork. Cooking time for 2 pouches: 2-1/2 minutes. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch.
