Preparation: Heat 1-1/4 cups water, 1 tablespoon butter, margarine or olive oil and seasoning packet from couscous to boil in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 7 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
