Ready to eat in 20 minutes. Stovetop: Boil 2 cups water in a small saucepan, add 1/2 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil and contents of quinoa bag. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely and cook for 15 minutes or until liquid has absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Microwave: Place contents of quinoa bag in a microwave safe container, add 1/2 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil and 2 cups water, cover loosely. Cook on High for 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes . Fluff with a fork before serving.
