Cooking: Bring one gallon of water to a boil. If desired, add one tablespoon of salt to boiling water. To cook al dente place farfalle into boiling water and stir occasionally for 10 minutes. Drain in a colander. Do not rinse, serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
