1. Bring one gallon of water to boil. 2. If desired, add one tablespoon of salt to boiling water. 3. Remove Gnocchi from the vacuum sealed package. 4. Place Gnocchi into boiling water and cook until Gnocchi float to the surface (approximately 2 minutes). If a softer consistency is preferred, continue cooking Gnocchi for an additional minute. 5. Drain in colander, do not rinse, serve immediately with your favorite sauce. Refrigerate after opening. use uncooked portion within 4 days.
