Red Fork Recipe: Serves 2-4. 2 to 4 tender beef steaks, such as 1-inch thick boneless strip or ribeye steaks; 1 pouch Red Fork Saturday Night Steak Grill Sauce. 1. Season steaks with salt in bowl or zippered plastic bag. Add 1/2 of the sauce pouch. Turn to coat; refrigerate up to 1 day. 2. Heat grill to medium hot. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill covered, turning once, until almost done, 6-7 minutes for medium-rare. Brush remaining sauce on both sides, grill 2-3 minutes more to glaze steaks.
