Red Fork Recipe: Serves 4. 1-1/2 pounds ground beef chuck; 1 pouch Red Fork Backyard Burger Seasoning Sauce; sliced cheese (optional); burger buns, split, toasted. 1. Mix beef and 1/2 of the Seasoning Sauce pouch in a large bowl. Shape into four 3/4-inch-thick burger patties. 2. Heat grill to medium-hot. Grill burgers, turning once, until cooked as desired, about 10 min. for medium rare. If desired, add cheese slice to each burger during last minute of cooking. Serve on toasted buns spread with remaining sauce. For Skillet: Cook in large nonstick skillet, on medium heat, flip once, 10 min. for med-rare.
