Serves 2-4. 1 pound small red potatoes; 1 pouch Red Fork Garlic Roasted Potato Seasoning Sauce. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes in half or into wedges. Toss potatoes with garlic sauce in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish until nicely coated. 3. Roast until golden brown and fork-tender, 35 to 45 minutes.
