Simply add hot water, fluff & serve. Cooking Instructions: 1. Use 1/2 cup couscous for each person to be served. Measure desired amount of couscous into a bowl, and add an equal amount of lightly salted boiling water (you may substitute boiling chicken or vegetable stock). 2. Let the couscous sit for 7-8 minutes without mixing. Then fluff with a fork. 3. Add a small amount of butter or Roland Olive Oil to taste. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice into the couscous and mix well.
