1. Use 1/2 cup couscous for each person to be served. Measure desired amount of couscous into a bowl, and add an equal amount of lightly salted boiling water (you may substitute boiling chicken or vegetable stock ). 2. Let the couscous sit for 7-8 minutes without mixing. Then fluff with a fork. 3. Add a small amount of butter or Roland Olive Oil to taste. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice into the couscous and mix well. Serving Suggestions: Serve as a vegetarian dish with cooked vegetables. Use as an attractive substitute for pasta, rice or potatoes. Create an exotic dish with chicken, Roland Capers, chopped tomatoes and dill. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add a small amount of Roland Saffron to the boiling liquid before pouring over couscous.
