4 cups water; 1 cup Roland Orzo; 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp Roland Olive Oil; 1-1/2 tsp lemon zest; 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice; 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced; ground black pepper to taste. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, stir in salt and orzo. Boil until the orzo is tender, about 14 to 16 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley and pepper.
