Basic Recipe for 4: 1 cup Roland Jasmine Rice, rinsed, 1-3/4 cups water. Stove Top: Bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Boil again, lower heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Microwave: Combine hot water and rice in a large microwaveable casserole dish. Cover and cook on High for 18 minutes. Let stand covered until the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Stir before serving. (Microwave ovens vary, adjust times as needed.) Rice Cooker: Use the directions that come with your rice cooker as exact amounts may differ. Optional: Add oil, butter or margarine to cooking water if desired.
