Basic Sushi Rice Recipe: 1 cup Roland Sushi Rice; 1-1/4 cups water. Rinse Roland Sushi Rice 2-3 times in cold water, until water runs clear. Drain all water. In large pan, add 1.1 cup water per 1 cup Roland Sushi Rice. Let sit for 15 minutes. Bring rice and water to boil for 1 minutes, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 20 minutes. Turn off heat, let sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. If using a rice cooker, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Let rice soak for 15 minutes before starting rice cooker. Wait 10 minutes after cooker turns off and fluff rice to let moisture escape.
