Preparation: Bring water (5 quarts per pound of pasta) to a rapid boil. Add a pinch of salt and pasta, stir. Maintain rapid boil 9-10 minutes or to desired texture stirring occasionally. Drain pasta in colander and serve with sauce of choice. Store in a cool dry place.
