Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Protein, Soy Lecithin), Milk Protein Concentrate (Casein Protein, Whey Protein, Cream Powder), Wheat Gluten, White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Skim Milk Powder, Butter fat, Soy Lecithin [an Emulsifier], Vanilla Extract), Monocalcium Phosphate, Natural Flavors, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt and Monk Fruit Extract. 

Contains Milk, Soy and Wheat. Produced in a facility that also processes eggs and tree nuts.
• Heat griddle or pan to medium heat, or 350 F. • Whisk together 2/3 cup P28 High Protein Pancake Mix with 2/3 cup water (use slightly less water for thicker style pancakes). Add 2 teaspoons oil, if desired • Using a 1/2 measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the hot griddle. • Flip your pancakes once edges begin to appear dry and bottoms are golden brown.
