Orders are packed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday). For same-day and/or expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday. During peak times, shipping may be delayed.

To accelerate the delivery of orders containing out-of-stock items, we may need to divide your order into two or more separate shipments - at no additional charge your items will be shipped from our fulfillment centers around the US, but will not necessarily ship the same day.

If any of your items are on backorder, we will ship your in-stock items immediately and your out-of-stock items as soon as they are available - at no additional charge to you.

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service representative that you wish to ship your order to another address.

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, or the most convenient carrier.

Additional charges may be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Florida residents are subject to a sales tax, but not on shipping.

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts air shipment of certain items, which it believes could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories:
• Aerosol-type products in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray and shaving cream.
• Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover.

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. DOT restricted products can only be shipped via ground delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We take pride in the superiority of the products we sell, as well as the service we offer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions detailed below and we will help you return the item(s).

Step 1: Contact SanaSana.com by CHAT or email at customerservice@sanasana.com, a Customer Service representative will provide you with a return authorization number. Merchandise must be sent back within 15 days of purchase. You can find our CHAT button at the top of each page.

Step 2: Once you have your authorization number, please prepare your package using the original box. To ensure rapid processing of your return, please print the email where you received the authorization number and follow the instructions, if your don’t have a printer please clearly write your return authorization number on the return label and include the original packing slip sent with your order.

Exclusions - Sample boxes, sample items, and digital purchases cannot be returned. No opened package of any product can be returned. All products must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges.

Every item we offer, reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, please read our return policy.

Please review our return policy. Examples of damaged items include broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, missing safety seals and leaking bottles. Cosmetic-based damages will not be considered as damaged.

If you refuse an order for any reason, we can only offer you a refund if the order is returned to our warehouse in undamaged and resalable condition. In that occasion, refunds will be issued for the cost of merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Orders return to our distribution centers without an authorization number will not be credited.

We assure you will receive a rapid refund. With a Return Authorization Number, your refund request will be processed within 5-15 business days. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number to receive a refund after we receive the returned merchandise.

If you paid by credit/debit or PayPal, it may take up to five business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. The amount will be refunded back to the account used for the original purchase. If this account is closed or the credit/debit card used is now expired, the credit will still be refunded to the original form of payment. The financial institution of the card in question will then be responsible for issuing the refund.

Please include your Return Authorization Number next to your name on the label. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
