You Will Need: 2 tbsp. oil, divided; 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks; 2 tbsp. butter; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1 pkg. Butter Chicken Seasoning Mix; 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce; 1/2 cup light or heavy cream. Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 35 minutes. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Set aside. 2. Heat remaining oil and butter in skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until translucent. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; cook and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Stir in cream. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
