You Will Need: 2 tbsp. oil, divided; 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks; 2 tbsp. butter; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1 pkg. Chicken Tikka Masala Seasoning Mix; 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce; 1/2 cup light or heavy cream; chopped fresh cilantro (optional). Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 30 minutes. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Set aside. 2. Heat remaining oil and butter in skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until translucent. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomato sauce; cook 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in cream. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve with naan bread or basmati rice. Makes 6 servings.
