For Preparation: Place spring roll wrap in water for about 15 seconds. Remove quickly. Place one cup of sliced vegetables and your choice of protein in the center of wrap, fold up from corners. Roll up wrap. Heat 1/2 cup of vegetable or sunflower oil. Fry spring rolls for about 90 seconds, turning frequently. Cook until golden brown. Remove roll from oil, place on paper towel. Serve with Snapdragon signature sauce. Caution: Oil will be hot. Spills or splatter may cause burns.
