Suggested Serving: 2 tbsp daily. Add to yogurt, cereal, smoothies or salads. When mixed with water, ground Chia becomes an excellent binding agent and can be used as an egg replaced in vegan baking. For one egg, mix 3 tbsp water with 1 tbsp Ground Chia. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes. For a large egg use 4 tbsp water. Consult your healthcare practitioner for your individual needs.
