Keep in a dry cool place. Bring 3-1/8 cups (25 fl oz) of water to a boil. In separate pan, heat 3 tbsp olive oil. Add contents to the oil and saute for approx 2 minutes. Slowly pour boiling water and stir in mixture. Add salt if desired. Cover the pan. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, leaving pan covered for an additional 5-7 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve.
