What You Need: 1 package Bourbon Chicken Seasoning; 1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, cut in chunks; 1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce, regular or reduced sodium; 3-1/2 tbsp sugar, white or brown; 1 cup water; 1 tbsp oil. Preparations: 1. Combine seasoning, sugar, soy sauce and water, set aside. 2. Heat oil in skillet or wok over Medium High heat until hot. Add chicken and saute until golden brown. 3. Stir in seasoning mixture and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until desired consistency. If desired, add stir fry vegetables, such as carrots, celery, onion, broccoli or red bell pepper.
