What You Need: 3/4 lb. boneless chicken, beef or pork; cut in strips; 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup water; 2 tbsp oil; 2 celery stalks, 1 bunch green onions, 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms; sliced; 2 cups bean sprouts; 2 cups cooked rice (amount may be increased or decreased as desired). Preparations; 1. Combine seasoning, soy sauce and water; set aside. 2. Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry meat. 3. Add vegetables; stir-fry. 4. Add seasoning mixture and stir-fry 1 minute. 5. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
